Its monolithic column-and-saddle structure, designed using FEM analysis, provides outstanding rigidity, vibration damping, and thermal stability. This ensures consistent accuracy and surface quality even under extreme machining loads.
    With a wide working envelope, the Castel Terus 250 supports hydrostatic rotary tables capable of handling massive payloads, making it a reliable solution for machining oversized parts. Flexible automation options, including automatic tool and pallet changers, enhance productivity and reduce downtime, while a broad range of milling and turning configurations ensures adaptability to diverse production requirements.
